talkspark does not require account creation or user registration.

Subscription and Purchase Information

If you subscribe to premium features, purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and verify premium access.

Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and subscription information in order to:

• complete transactions
• validate receipts
• prevent fraud
• manage subscription entitlements

We do not collect or store payment card details.

We receive limited subscription status information, such as whether a subscription is active, expired, or in a trial period, solely to enable or restrict access to premium features.

We do not collect, track, or store:

• analytics about which questions, decks, or content you view
• behavioural usage data or session tracking
• advertising identifiers
• data for targeted advertising
• location data
• contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data

We do not sell personal information and we do not use data for advertising or marketing purposes.

How We Use Information

Information is used only for the following purposes:

App Functionality
Favorites, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device to support core app features.

Subscription Management
Subscription status information is used to validate access to premium content and prevent unauthorized use.

Subscription Analytics
RevenueCat processes anonymous, aggregated subscription-related analytics, such as trial starts, conversions, and cancellations, to support subscription performance analysis and troubleshooting. These analytics do not include behavioural usage tracking within the app.

Customer Support
Support communications are used only to respond to requests and provide assistance.

We do not use information for advertising, profiling, or behavioural analytics.

Data Storage and Security

On-device storage
Favorites, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

External services
Subscription processing and related data handling are managed by Apple and RevenueCat using their secure infrastructure.

We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information.

• Service providers: With Apple and RevenueCat, solely for subscription processing and management.

Your Choices

• Support contact: Contacting support is optional.
• Local data deletion: You can remove all locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
• Subscription management: Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through iOS Settings under Subscriptions.

Children’s Privacy

talkspark is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Use

Apple and RevenueCat may process subscription-related information using infrastructure located in various countries. This processing occurs solely to provide subscription services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app or website after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
