1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of the talkspark mobile application and the talkspark website. By accessing or using talkspark, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use talkspark. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of the Service

talkspark is a conversation starter app that provides curated question decks for personal and social use. The app does not require account creation. App data such as favorites and progress is stored locally on your device.

4. License to Use

talkspark grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content except as expressly permitted

  • sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content

  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • use the app in any unlawful or abusive manner


All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Apple In-App Purchases

Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store using Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple is the payment processor.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase

  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

  • Pricing and subscription options are displayed in the app at the time of purchase


Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings in iOS. talkspark cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited when the subscription converts to a paid plan.

6. Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased a subscription, you may restore access using the “Restore Purchases” feature in the app, subject to Apple’s systems and policies.

7. No Accounts and Data Persistence

talkspark does not use user accounts.

Favorites, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may permanently remove this data. Reinstalling the app does not guarantee data restoration unless supported by Apple’s systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including text, question decks, design elements, logos, and trademarks, is owned by talkspark or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Sharing individual question cards using the app’s built-in sharing features is permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not use talkspark’s name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • interfere with the app’s operation or security

  • attempt to bypass subscription access controls

  • misuse the app in a way that could harm talkspark or other users

10. Disclaimers

talkspark is provided on an “as available” basis.

The app is intended for general informational and entertainment purposes. talkspark does not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, talkspark disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, talkspark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Termination

talkspark may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if these Terms are violated or if the service is discontinued.

Termination does not affect subscriptions managed by Apple. Subscription cancellation must be handled through Apple.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the app or website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
